為鼓勵香港現有建築物提升能源效益，中電推出全新的綠建環評資助計劃。凡於綠建環評「既有建築2.0版自選評估計劃」下的能源使用範疇中取得「卓越」或「優良」評級的合資格機構，將獲資助評估費用。有關詳情請參閱綠建環評的網站。

綠建環評既有建築2.0版自選評估計劃中能源使用 (EU) 範疇的卓越評級，每宗申請的資助金額上限為100,000港元，可得評估費用的100%。

綠建環評既有建築2.0版自選評估計劃中能源使用 (EU) 範疇的優良評級，每宗申請的資助金額上限為100,000港元，可得評估費用的50%。

 

CLP Subsidy Scheme for BEAM Plus aims to encourage greater energy efficiency in Hong Kong buildings. Subsidy of assessment fees are available to eligible organisations which achieve ratings of "Excellent" or "Very Good" under the Energy Use Aspect of BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Selective Scheme. For buildings with an "excellent" grade, 100% of the assessment fee will be awarded, with the subsidy  capped at HK$100,000 per application.  For buildings with  "very good" grade, 50% of the assessment fee will be awarded, with the subsidy capped at HK$100,000 per application.
