智『惜』用電基金 (港燈) | Smart Power Building Fund (HKE)
新一輪的「智惜用電樓宇基金」於2019年1月1日起再次生效，資助樓宇業主，提升公用屋宇裝備的能源效益。
過往獲批項目包括在公共空間更換改用T5光管及發光二極管(LED) 照明設施、改用一級能源標籤冷氣機和更換升降機牽引機等，資助總額超過港幣四佰六十萬元。
申請資格：樓宇位於港燈供電範圍內，並非由政府* 直接擁有和營運 * (香港房屋委員會及香港房屋協會屋邨均合資格申請)。
改善能源效益項目包括：更新照明、空調、升降機、自動梯及電力裝置等屋宇裝備裝置，重新校驗服務，樓宇智能科技項目
資助視乎樓宇類別及座數，資助金額會以實際支付項目費用（包括合資格服務提供者費用）的一個百分比（資助比率）釐定，並設有上限。資助會以實報實銷形式發放。
Effective from 1 January 2019, the next phase of Smart Power Building Fund provides subsidies to building owners for enhancing the energy efficiency performance of building services installations for communal use.
Past projects include installation of T5 fluorescent tubes and LED lighting in the common area, replacement of "Grade 1" energy labelled air-conditioning and the renewal of lift motors, etc., with total funding in excess of HK$4.6 million
Eligibility: Buildings Located within supply area of HK Electric Not directly owned and operated by the Government* * Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society housing estates are eligible
Energy Efficiency Enhancement Projects include: Retrofitting of building services installations including lighting (T5/LED), air-conditioning, lift, escalator and electrical installations, Retro-commissioning and Building-based smart technologies.
Subsidy Depending on the types and numbers of buildings, the subsidy amount will be determined based on a percentage rate (i.e. subsidy rate) of the actual project expenditure (including qualified service provider fee) and subject to a cap The subsidy will be disbursed on a reimbursement basis
